What you will do
- Manage client accounts throughout their entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Guide clients across technical, business, and product levels in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare and manage quotes, agreements, and NDAs to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Research and identify potential prospects to support business development strategies.
- Execute targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate meetings.
- Introduce new features and manage product release communication for existing clients.
Requirements
- English proficiency: Advanced level required.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or related sales roles.
- Strong familiarity with CRM pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-organized with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Experience in B2B cloud/SaaS software.
- Background in financial services, compliance, or i-gaming industries.
