What you will do

• Define and drive the group-wide AI strategy in partnership with Top Management.
• Build and execute a high-impact AI roadmap to transform operational workflows.
• Establish and lead the internal AI Competence Centre to foster best practices and nurture talent.
• Oversee AI Focus Teams to ensure high-velocity delivery from concept to production.
• Implement rigorous tracking and reporting of AI-driven improvements and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to integrate AI features into core product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in AI implementation or large-scale digital transformation in technology organizations.
• Strong ability to bridge complex technological concepts with actionable business processes.
• Capability to manage high-volume concurrent initiatives at a C-level.
• Effective communication and coaching skills to influence teams across multiple international locations.
• Experience in the iGaming ecosystem is a significant advantage.
