What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to design and implement smarter invoicing workflows.
• Analyze current systems to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
• Track the impact of improvements using data-driven performance measures and report progress to leadership.
• Maintain thorough documentation to ensure process transparency and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work from the Manchester office 3 days per week.
• Proven experience with process-improvement methodologies in a finance environment.
• Strong experience with ERP systems like Oracle and data tools such as Excel or Incorta.
• Extensive project management background with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
