TL;DR
Finance Process Improvement Project Lead (iGaming): Driving end-to-end transformation of the Accounts Receivable function with an accent on invoicing process optimization and cross-functional workflow design. Location: Must be based in Manchester, UK or able to commute to the office. Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end process improvement projects from concept to completion.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to design and implement smarter invoicing workflows.
- Analyze current systems to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
- Track the impact of improvements using data-driven performance measures and report progress to leadership.
- Maintain thorough documentation to ensure process transparency and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Must be able to work from the Manchester office 3 days per week.
- Proven experience with process-improvement methodologies in a finance environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems like Oracle and data tools such as Excel or Incorta.
- Extensive project management background with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Project Management or Six Sigma professional qualifications.
