What you will do
- Use signals to identify high-intent accounts and integrate them into automated sequences.
- Build and maintain pipes for lead routing to ensure efficient handoff to sales teams.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce as the primary source of truth for all account data.
- Design and automate scalable outbound cadences that maintain a personalized feel.
- Experiment with AI tools to improve customer experience and streamline revenue funnel steps.
- Operate as the technical connective tissue between marketing, sales, and partner departments.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a GTM, RevOps, or growth marketing role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and outbound automation tools like Lemlist, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Understanding of the modern B2B revenue journey, including lead scoring and MQLs.
- Experience or strong interest in low-code/no-code automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or Clay.
- Ability to interpret data and translate trends into actionable pipeline optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Practical experience implementing AI in a professional GTM strategy.
- Familiarity with API integrations and technical data flow management.
