What you will do

• Write high-performing, social-native copy like hooks, scripts, captions, and UGC voiceovers.
• Iterate on copy based on audience insights, campaign learnings, and competitive analysis.
• Develop messaging frameworks tailored to audience segments and campaign objectives.
• Partner with creative strategists and designers to turn insights into copy.
• Collaborate across brand, product, and growth to sharpen how SCRL communicates.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level English, with exceptional grammar and editorial judgment.
• 1-3 years writing performance-driven or digital marketing copy.
• Natural ability to write hooks that stop the scroll, paired with a genuine understanding of conversion and storytelling.
• Experience running A/B tests and using results to inform your next move.
• Comfortable writing copy across channels: paid social, web, and organic.
• Confident self-starter who communicates clearly, gives and receives feedback well, and works effectively across functions.
