Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java/Angular)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend and frontend components of hirify.global IVION, a browser-based platform for exploring and managing photorealistic digital twins.
• Develop the Java/Spring application server and Angular/TypeScript web client supporting 3D visualization, mapping, and data management.
• Contribute to the PostgreSQL/PostGIS data layer for storing and processing geospatial data at scale.
• Build and enhance APIs and SDKs for digital enrichment of environments and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn user and business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, testing, performance optimization, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of software development experience and a track record of delivering complex systems.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and modern web application architectures.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript and either Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and scalable data-intensive services.
• Experience defining technical roadmaps and driving consensus in cross-functional environments.
• Experience delivering APIs and SDKs and gathering developer feedback to guide improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including contributing to technical direction across teams and organizations.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of C++.
• Exposure to AWS services, geospatial data, or 3D graphics/WebGL development.
