Lead Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing evolution of modern internal applications and software platforms.
• Build scalable full-stack solutions covering frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define software architecture, data models, integration patterns, development standards, and engineering practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, enterprise systems, and data engineering stakeholders to identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Develop integrations, APIs, and data services connecting internal applications, enterprise software, and engineering systems.
• Provide technical leadership, guide architectural decisions, mentor future team members, and use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex where appropriate.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on full-stack development.
• Strong frontend development skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Backend and API development experience with Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or comparable technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience designing and delivering production applications, including authentication, authorization, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and application integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Ability to independently take an idea from requirements through implementation and deployment, solve complex problems, and work pragmatically.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different technical and business backgrounds and excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools, operational applications, or enterprise software platforms.
• Experience developing software for manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, logistics, or other complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM, or other enterprise systems and their integration interfaces.
• Experience building responsive web applications and mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, data pipelines, or real-time applications.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants and autonomous coding agents.
• Experience in fast-growing companies or greenfield product development environments.
• Prior technical leadership, developer mentoring, or application architecture ownership.
