What you will do
- Monitor client activity and analyze failed deposits using Power BI.
- Segment clients based on deposit levels, wins, and losses to optimize outreach strategies.
- Manage inquiries and engage clients through Telegram, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct welcome calls to orient new clients and build long-term rapport.
- Maintain and update VIP client lists and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and support business growth.
Requirements
- Fluent Greek language skills required.
- English language proficiency (B2).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Power BI and Excel.
- Ability to manage multi-channel communication effectively.
- Availability to work onsite in Warsaw, Poland.
