What you will do

• Develop and monitor key metrics for geocoding accuracy, ETA, and route quality.
• Design, conduct, and interpret A/B tests to drive product growth.
• Investigate metric deviations and identify underlying causes in complex data.
• Collaborate with data teams to improve data flows and BI solutions.
• Analyze user behavior on maps to improve routing efficiency.
• Provide strategic insights to support long-term business planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics and A/B testing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for large datasets and complex analytical queries.
• Advanced Python skills using data analysis libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn.
• Solid foundation in statistics and causal inference techniques.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• English: Professional working proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with geodata tools like GIS, OpenStreetMap, or Google Maps.
• Experience with BI reporting tools like Tableau, Redash, or Plotly.
