Business Development Manager II (Fintech): Leading the SME Sales & Activation Engine to acquire and onboard merchants with an accent on productivity, scalability, and tech-enablement. Focus on optimizing the sales funnel, integrating AI and automation for pre-qualification, and managing a large team of sales specialists.
Location: Onsite in Egypt (Hybrid setup and 2 months remote allowance available)

What you will do
- Lead and coach a large team of Inside Sales Managers and Executives to drive high-volume merchant acquisition.
- Integrate AI, automation, and CRM tools to automate lead pre-qualification and increase agent selling time.
- Own end-to-end funnel metrics, identifying leakage points and implementing structural fixes to accelerate activation.
- Design and document SOPs and Playbooks for sales and onboarding teams.
- Manage performance via data-driven dashboards, focusing on revenue and live merchant outcomes.
- Coordinate between RevOps, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech teams to translate constraints into execution plans.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in high-velocity Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations.
- 3+ years of experience managing managers and large teams (15+ people).
- Proven track record of implementing sales technology such as Dialers, CRM automation, and Lead Scoring.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce/HubSpot, and Tableau/Looker.
- Experience in Fintech, BNPL, SaaS, or high-volume E-commerce.
- Must be based in Egypt.
