What you will do

• Shape the technical direction of the production-grade Autonomous Agentic Platform.
• Define reusable agentic engineering patterns, contracts, interfaces, and workflows for SDLC execution.
• Lead implementation strategy across agent workflows, MCP tools, context pipelines, and orchestration patterns.
• Partner with architects and product owners to translate vision into executable technical systems.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, observability, and agentic workflow governance.
• Mentor technical leads and engineers to raise the overall quality bar of the platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and scaling complex software platforms, including AI-centric distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Advanced AI/ML engineering experience with LLM-based systems and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, C4 modeling, and contract-first engineering.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technical decisions and delivery risks.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia or Chile.
