What you will do

• Lead technical strategy, from requirements capture and architecture design to full-stack implementation.
• Build and iterate on high-scale customer-facing products using Node.js, Vue, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into actionable Epics and Stories.
• Drive the integration of Agentic AI to accelerate development speed and software quality.
• Ensure system operability, security, and performance through active participation in a CI/CD DevSecOps model.
• Serve as an individual contributor and technical lead while spiking designs and creating proof-of-concepts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, with ability to transition to the Manchester office for hybrid work by 2027.
• 5+ years of production-grade experience with TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of clean code principles, SOLID, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience in full-stack development within mature, large-scale SaaS environments.
• Expertise in CI/CD, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture and business requirements.
