What you will do

• Perform complex layout and verification tasks using Cadence Virtuoso to ensure designs meet technical specifications.
• Collaborate with designers to iteratively refine and debug layouts through the full development cycle.
• Assume ownership of tasks ranging from individual cells and functional blocks to full-scale macros and interfaces.
• Provide technical mentorship and share knowledge within the layout and broader project teams.
• Present progress, solutions, and design challenges to global teams in varying time zones.
• Participate in high-level project planning and support activities throughout the technology lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience with CAD tools for implementation of microelectronic layers and layout design.
• Proven track record of delivering high-speed or precision analog circuits across multiple process nodes.
• Full development cycle ownership including floorplanning, layout, verification, and delivery.
• Strong communication skills for status updates and cross-team information sharing.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
