About the Role

You will work on making compliance an integral part of the product by building internal tooling, services, and data infrastructure. You will create and embed compliance processes into issuing and payments systems, centralize and future-proof compliance data, prepare systems for audits, and ship high-quality backend code iteratively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience with Node.js
• Experience with backend systems
• Comfort with exacting compliance standards
• Experience at a card issuing platform or payments infrastructure company (nice to have)
• Familiarity with integrating KYC and KYB vendors (nice to have)
• Experience with transaction monitoring at scale (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Shape compliance engineering approach
• Build tooling and services to scale KYC pipelines
• Build tooling and services to scale KYB pipelines
• Build tooling and services to scale transaction monitoring pipelines
• Centralize and future proof compliance data strategy
• Create internal tooling for the compliance team
• Embed compliance processes into issuing infrastructure
• Leverage the data platform to prepare for audits
• Ship code iteratively and often
