Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year or $115,000 - $155,000 (all other U.S. states) per year

Requirements

• Previous work or internship experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale, with experience in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with the building blocks of distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Mastery of translating simple problems into solutions that interact with multiple software components, with clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
• Comfortable navigating a large codebase, debugging others' code, and providing feedback through code reviews.
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth, proactively seeking feedback from the team, manager, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
• This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
