What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to scope customer challenges and design high-value technical solutions.
- Architect and build agentic workflows integrating generative AI with databases, APIs, and enterprise tools.
- Develop custom demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept tailored to specific client use cases.
- Design, test, and refine prompts and AI orchestration chains to optimize performance and reliability.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences ranging from C-level executives to engineers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer insights for roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering, preferably in AI or enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with AI prompt design, workflow orchestration, and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or related scripting languages for integration logic.
- Proven ability to architect and communicate end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and data flow patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic or autonomous AI systems such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, and production-scale compliance.
- Background in high-growth startup environments.
- Awareness of UX/UI principles for customer-facing AI experiences.
