TL;DR

Project Manager (Cybersecurity): Supporting project delivery and managing costs and stakeholder engagement with an accent on defining, documenting, and carrying out projects/programmes. Focus on identifying and addressing risks to ensure the success of the project and support continuous improvement.

Location: This job role can be based in London, Ipswich or Cheltenham. Hybrid (4 days office based & 1 day remote). Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.

Salary: An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold DV Security Clearance.

What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end requirements, underpinning growth and NPS.
  • Lead the Programme Team, providing professional services focusing on innovative design for customers.
  • Ensure the Programme team consults with customers to design the most appropriate technical solutions.
  • Deliver Customer Programme requirements into wider GSS projects, working closely with the Delivery teams.
  • Input into plans to develop, retain, and attract talent for the Programme Team.

  • Experience managing headcount and departmental costs when costs were under pressure.
  • Experience undertaking a team building exercise and measuring team's motivation and feedback.
  • Experience managing a low performing team to a successful outcome.
  • Extensive experience leading end to end Programme Teams and defining/implementing end to end governance frameworks required to deliver complex Programmes of work.
