What you will do

• Collaborate with team members to document shared content and business rules related to healthcare member communications.
• Leverage a hierarchical shared data structure to efficiently manage document content.
• Analyze client feedback and implement it into a database publishing environment.
• Manage shared and customized content in a database publishing environment.
• Understand dynamic publishing and variable data technology (HTML, SQL) logic.
• Utilize web based store and product setup with internally developed tool sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner.
• Experience working with government or regulatory agency templates and documents preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing and Communications guidelines preferred.
