What you will do

• Produce and lead LA-based video shoots, serving as liaison between talent, production, and crew.
• Direct videos and interview talent.
• Build and maintain a roster of trusted freelance crew.
• Oversee production team members on social video projects.
• Develop and review shoot schedules, logistics, and production tracking documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 5 years experience producing and developing/directing digital videos.
• A demonstrated track record in creative execution and high efficiencies, especially in physical and field producing, within tight deadlines and budgets.
• An interest in pop culture, Hollywood, and news/politics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized across all aspects of production.
• Extensive experience working with high-profile talent and talent teams, with the ability to create a confident, relaxed on-set environment.
• Strong understanding of YouTube specific storytelling and audience behavior.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end production and post-production workflows, from development through delivery.
