What you will do

• End-to-end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
• Analysis and documentation of each country's control framework and payroll processing guidance.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders (Finance, HR) and the payroll provider.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.
• Review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.
• Problem-solving mindset & positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• English: Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, and other formulas).
