What you will do

• Assess the regulatory implications of new products, services, and business initiatives.
• Identify potential compliance risks associated with existing or new offerings, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Review and validate commercial and communication materials to ensure they are aligned with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and guidance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar compliance role within a financial institution, regulated fintech, payment institution, or e-money institution.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to fintech and payment services.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to identify risks, exercise sound judgement, and formulate pragmatic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A rigorous, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
