What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design across digital channels.
• Maintain and evolve high creativity and innovation standards.
• Leverage data and insights into actionable outcomes.
• Distill complex problems into simple, intuitive designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide design feedback to junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science or related fields.
• 5+ years industry experience in product design or related field.
• Expertise in human-centered design, including research, user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, UX/UI, usability testing, and accessibility.
• A portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing and shipping large-scale product releases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Figma, as well as design systems.

Nice to have

• Consumer banking or FinTech experience a plus.
