Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: While hirify.global is a remote-first company, for this role, we have a strong preference for candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from NYC. Remote candidates are still encouraged to apply

What you will do

• Become an expert on the hirify.global product and deeply understand our customers.
• Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements.
• Drive feature development from start to finish with the engineering team, while collaborating with key stakeholders across the company.
• Execute on projects and proactively identify improvements and new opportunities for our product.
• Partner with other PMs and cross-functional teams to develop a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Work with product and engineering to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• A builder at heart with strong product taste and a track record of shipping things customers love.
• Rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization and problem solving.
• Fluent in modern AI tools and excited about what they unlock for how we work and what we build.
• High ownership mentality, you move fast, handle ambiguity well, and don't need a lot of hand-holding.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
