What you will do

• Review in-progress edits and project deliverables for quality and adherence to technical specifications.
• Relay QC notes to editors and ensure assets are redelivered as needed.
• Log QC notes, update project metadata, and update QC statuses in Post Production tools.
• Manage a queue of deliverables across projects, communicating deliveries and delays to teams.
• Enforce standards, policies, and procedures for asset delivery and archiving.
• Assist with media requests such as pulling archived episodes and transcoding videos.

Requirements

• Experience in a post-production environment, with skills revolving around asset management and delivery.
• Working knowledge of Airtable, Frame.io, and Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
• Excel in meticulous attention to detail, with experience in video formats, quality control, archiving, and light-touch editing.
• Proficient knowledge of broadcast and digital video and audio formats.
• Deep understanding of media codecs, bit rates, aspect ratios, color spaces, and compression.
• Calm and deliberate demeanor with excellent communication skills in a dynamic environment.
