What you will do
- Interact directly with customers over chat, email, and phone to provide an effective and enjoyable experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the product, escalating to internal teams when needed.
- Provide feedback and support to cross-functional teams on product development based on customer insights.
- Share learnings and contribute to the knowledge base to ensure growth and knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English as well as Danish or German.
- Experience providing high-touch customer support on live chat, email, and phone.
- Persistent and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to explain complicated problems in simple terms.
- Genuine desire to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Tech-savvy, resilient, and curious.
- Experience with Support tools such as FreshWorks, Intercom, or Zendesk.
- Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, financial technology, or other relevant product within SaaS.
