TL;DR
Product Designer II (UIUX Design): Designing the behavior and visual UI of new product features and improving the usability and design of existing products with an accent on user research and identifying opportunities for innovation. Focus on designing experiences that guide customers to their next best action across the platform, including AI-assisted experiences.
Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do
- Define, test, and iterate on interaction design for new and existing features, including AI-assisted experiences.
- Participate in user research to guide product design decisions.
- Ensure all aspects of our product are easy to use and delightful.
- Design beautiful visual UI that adheres to our UI design standards.
- Experiment with AI tools and techniques within the design process.
- Work with dev scrum teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution designs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product-based UX design experience working on complex desktop, web, and/or mobile software apps.
- Proven track record of designing successful SaaS-based software products and features from scratch.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating a high level of expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping/testing, and visual UI design.
