What you will do

  • Lead and coach a high-performing People Operations team to drive operational excellence.
  • Design and implement automation-first processes for the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Optimize HR systems including HRIS and Leapsome to ensure data integrity and manager adoption.
  • Manage core People cycles such as performance reviews, compensation, and payroll execution.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide expert guidance to managers.
  • Champion digital transformation to simplify administrative workflows and remove bureaucracy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a People Operations team in a scaling technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS, data reporting, and process automation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of employment legislation, risk, compliance, and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
  • Strategic mindset for designing scalable, friction-free employee experiences.
