What you will do
- Build and lead a team of sales engineers, serving as product experts.
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and build relationships.
- Provide guidance on sales strategy and represent team needs to executive staff.
- Interpret complex problems and collaborate with partners to deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services teams.
- Source and screen candidates, managing the interview process.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
- Industry expertise in Data Science, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or Cloud Computing.
- Experience with SAAS or consumption-based business model.
- Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to connect customer business problems with solutions.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
