What you will do

• Monitor and report on performance data for the Tmall flagship store.
• Collaborate with local Tmall partners to manage product imagery, descriptions, and pricing.
• Review and approve product translations to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with Tmall policies and legal requirements.
• Track and report key performance indicators regarding stock, service, and marketing traffic.
• Deliver regular performance feedback to the Online Sales Manager and Head of China.

Requirements

• Full business proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Must be able to work onsite in Nottingham, UK, 2 days per week.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with marketplace operations or selling on Tmall via a partner is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Warhammer brand and enthusiasm for its growth in China.
