What you will do

• Lead Paid Search for 5-6 clients by developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans that align with commercial goals.
• Drive daily performance across Google, Microsoft and SA360 by maintaining rigorous setup standards and accurate spend pacing.
• Analyse performance data and platform insights to report back to the client, working closely with the client services team.
• Maintain expert-level platform knowledge through continuous upskilling and the hirify.global induction program.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Paid Search experience from an agency or in-house setting, with experience in eCommerce/Retail or agency environments.
• Proven expertise navigating platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and feed optimisation platforms.
• A commitment to driving best in class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for staying embedded in the technical details that drive real performance.
• A track record of driving Paid Search performance, by developing performance-driven roadmaps and with continuous testing.
