What you will do

• Manage the hiring and development of a high-performing team of pre-sales Solutions Architects.
• Scale the Field Engineering segment organization while maintaining high quality and operational standards.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to build the brand and drive revenue growth.
• Coach team members on communicating complex, business-value-focused solutions to key stakeholders.
• Implement processes to improve the efficiency and ROI of technical involvement in sales cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Manager role building and managing teams of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals.
• Demonstrated success in scaling and mentoring technical teams from scratch, including both onshore and offshore resources.
• Strong background in Data Architecture, such as Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science.
• Deep understanding of business needs, revenue potential, and data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for AI and Cloud software models.
• Ability to institute effective processes for technical field members.
