hirify.global is building a centralized Notion-based system to manage knowledge, documentation, projects, tasks, and internal processes.

What you will do

• Design the structure of the Notion Enterprise workspace.
• Build databases for projects, tasks, documentation, and processes.
• Set up relations between entities and define system logic.
• Create templates for projects, tasks, SOPs, and other recurring workflows.
• Configure access rights and permissions for different teams and roles.
• Help standardize internal processes through Notion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Notion, including complex workspaces.
• Strong experience building relational databases in Notion.
• Experience configuring permissions and access control.
• Experience with automation and integrations such as Zapier, Make, API, n8n, or similar tools.
• Experience structuring processes, documentation, and internal knowledge systems.
• A mindset focused not only on what looks good, but also on what is logical, scalable, and easy for people to use.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Notion Enterprise for companies, not just for personal use.
• Experience with Asana.
• Experience building internal operational systems.
• Understanding of how cross-functional teams and service departments work.
