Lead Business Systems Analyst

TL;DR

Lead Business Systems Analyst: Formulating and documenting system/applications objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex systems/applications that support the actuarial valuations and/or investments divisions with an accent on gathering, documenting and analyzing requirements for highly complex, multi-platform applications. Focus on acting as the primary liaison between key business area and systems teams, and communicating project feasibility, status and issues to key stakeholders.

Location: Remote - Nationwide. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.

Salary: $96,100.00 - $135,700.00

What you will do

• Perform the formulation, definition, and documentation of systems/application scope and objectives working closely with systems architecture, development and engineering teams.
• Work on highly complex systems/applications and prepare detailed specifications from which system/applications will be developed and maintained.
• Perform key portions of the system development lifecycle including gathering, documenting and analyzing requirements for highly complex, multi-platform applications.
• Maintain documentation, project tracking, and key stakeholder reporting metrics.
• Perform highly complex system/application testing to ensure delivery meets business and end-user expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between key business area and systems teams, and communicates project feasibility, status and issues to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• High Collaborative team skills - as a trusted leader, leadership must be able to rely-upon this is a lead role providing oversight and guidance to team.
• Participates in leadership-initiated vendor engagement to aid in resolution of contract personnel issues.
• Ability to forge and maintain strong business partnerships.
