What you will do

• Define, maintain, and update an AI roadmap aligned with business objectives, monitoring new models and tools.
• Support teams in adopting AI tools, automating processes, and setting up workflows.
• Collaborate with each team to understand their specific needs and co-define the right tools and approach.
• Report to the Operations team to co-build and maintain a documentation base covering tools, workflows, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in backend development.
• Familiarity with coding, deploying, security, and technical dynamics.
• Experience with AI tools in a work context (e.g., Claude code, Lovable, Replit).
• Ability to develop a solid roadmap and run projects from concept to production.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in coaching, assessing needs, and defining priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
