Technical Customer Success Specialist (Fintech): Acting as the key link between partners, their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem with an accent on successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term usage of digital solutions. Focus on translating unstructured questions into clear, practical solutions and proactively guiding partners and customers to get maximum value from the platforms.

What you will do
- Act as an ambassador of the Banqup platforms and related Banqup solutions, supporting partners in their digital administrative and financial processes.
- Guide and support accountants, resellers, and partners in onboarding and activating their SME clients on the platform.
- Advise SMEs and partners on how Banqup adds value to their organization, both functionally and technically.
- Support partners and customers in the setup and usage of digital document flows, including invoicing, payments, and administrative workflows.
- Support partners in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams.
- Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A strong technical understanding of terms such as API, SFTP, Integrations, Postman/Insomnia, Swagger/OpenAPI, Webhooks.
- An interest in developing a strong customer-oriented and commercial mindset.
- A strong interest in, ideally experience in, e-invoicing/ Fintech.
- The ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues using logs and error messages.
- Excellent communication skills, with a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
