What you will do

  • Support value selling, including TDDs, success criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and objection handling.
  • Conduct competitive research and address customer objections, providing field insights to the product team.
  • Deliver enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, prospects, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including POV frameworks, success criteria, demo scripts, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior Sales Engineers, fostering their technical and soft skills development.
  • Conduct technical win/loss analysis to identify areas for improvement in the sales engineering process and product offering.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and broader security landscape.
  • Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic.
