What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy ML models for recommendation, ranking, and personalization.
- Optimize GenAI workflows including RAG and agent orchestration.
- Develop robust offline evaluation frameworks and online A/B testing methodologies.
- Partner with platform and backend engineers to integrate intelligent features into production environments.
- Analyze failure modes and performance tradeoffs to ensure model reliability and scalability.
- Define internal technical standards for ML experimentation and data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping ML systems in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering habits for maintainable code.
- Solid foundation in statistics, data quality, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and drive product-centric ML solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with large-scale behavioral or transactional data.
- English proficiency required for technical and product collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with recommendation systems, search, or marketplace optimization.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and GenAI agent development.
- Background in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce domains.
- Experience with cloud ML infrastructure and MLOps workflows.
