What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for recommendation, ranking, and personalization.
• Optimize GenAI workflows including RAG and agent orchestration.
• Develop robust offline evaluation frameworks and online A/B testing methodologies.
• Partner with platform and backend engineers to integrate intelligent features into production environments.
• Analyze failure modes and performance tradeoffs to ensure model reliability and scalability.
• Define internal technical standards for ML experimentation and data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping ML systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering habits for maintainable code.
• Solid foundation in statistics, data quality, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and drive product-centric ML solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral or transactional data.
• English proficiency required for technical and product collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation systems, search, or marketplace optimization.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and GenAI agent development.
• Background in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce domains.
• Experience with cloud ML infrastructure and MLOps workflows.
