AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven applications and services across frontend and backend components.
• Integrate generative AI, multimodal frameworks, voice AI, and conversational interfaces using STT, TTS, and real-time voice synthesis.
• Design and deploy agentic AI systems with tool use, multi-step reasoning, A2A interactions, and multi-agent task execution.
• Build RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning workflows, and LLMOps practices covering versioning, evaluation, monitoring, prompt management, and CI/CD.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for real-time and batch AI applications using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Test, monitor, optimize, and scale AI systems while collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers across regions and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI.
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, RAG systems, foundation-model fine-tuning, and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with A2A, MPC, or multi-agent collaboration protocols and frameworks.
• Strong Python skills and backend experience building scalable APIs and microservices.
• Deep understanding of LLMOps, including versioning, evaluation frameworks, model observability, and CI/CD for AI/ML.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and secure, distributed AI infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Voice AI technologies such as Whisper, Deepgram, or ElevenLabs.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or reinforcement learning.
