What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives across NLP, Vision, and multimodal modeling with a focus on LLMs.
• Architect, prototype, and evaluate complex single-agent and multi-agent AI systems.
• Define best practices for AI safety, guardrails, and production-grade observability.
• Establish rigorous offline and online evaluation strategies for real-world AI deployment.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to transition experimental models into reliable systems.
• Mentor researchers and data scientists to maintain high technical and analytical rigor.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade AI agents with multi-step reasoning and tool-based actions.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Strong practical expertise in LLMs (AWS Bedrock or similar) and prompt/program design.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/DL libraries with a focus on clean architecture and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical mindset for shaping ambiguous business problems into well-defined research goals.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
