Location: Ability to work from our Toronto office 2+ days per week.

Salary: $100,000 - $165,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Design Producers and Design leadership to create processes to empower designers.
• Define and establish standards to enable designers to do their best work, and align tools and processes with outcomes across the design organization.
• Identify areas for process improvements within the design team and across cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-product/functional collaboration and communication.
• Identify and create opportunities for design colleagues to improve their skills and capabilities.
• Prioritize the well being and growth of colleagues across the design organization by working to find solutions to day-to-day challenges.

Requirements

• Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Figma.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills in visual, verbal and written formats.
• Experience working in organizations with varying levels of Product Design maturity, and exposure to different ways of approaching design.
• A strong understanding of design principles, processes, and their application throughout the product design lifecycle.
• Experience with vendor and tool management, policy and legal governance.
• Ability to work from our Toronto office 2+ days per week.
