About the Role

You will process day-to-day financial transactions and maintain bookkeeping records in an ERP. You will perform month-end close activities, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate, timely recording of financial data in line with international accounting standards. You will collaborate with other teams to gather financial information, handle intercompany and consolidation transactions, and account for inventories, warehouse movements and logistics cost components. You will use Excel and work with large datasets, stay current on accounting regulations, and self-organize while working remotely.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with an ERP or advanced accounting system
• Proven experience as an accountant or financial controller of 4 years
• Experience with Swiss legal entities (advantage)
• Experience in accounting for production activities inventories and warehouse movements
• Knowledge of goods movement tracking and logistics cost components including customs storage and shipping
• Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidation in an ERP environment
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with MS Excel
• Ability and willingness to work remotely and self-organize
• Ability to quickly learn IT products

Responsibilities
