About the Role
  We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end (full-cycle) accounting tasks, work mostly independently, and grow professionally in an international environment. You will be involved in multi-currency transactions and work closely with group companies across multiple jurisdictions.
 
 What You’ll Be Doing

•  Own and support full-cycle accounting processes (AP, AR, bank, Payroll, Tax reporting, GL, month-end support) for assigned entities/areas
•  Process accounts payable: collect, review, record, and archive vendor invoices; manage approvals and payment preparation
•  Manage accounts receivable: issue sales invoices, track incoming payments, support collections follow-ups when needed
•  Post and reconcile multi-currency transactions and ensure correct FX treatment
•  Perform bank, invoice, and credit card reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies
•  Maintain payroll (~30 people, contractor, employments), including supportive tasks (preparation of payroll related supportive documents based on templates)
•  Maintain accurate general ledger postings and support month-end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, allocations)
•  Support intercompany invoicing and reconciliations with group finance teams
•  Responsible for VAT reporting, and other compliance-related work as required
•  Maintain high-quality digital documentation and filing, ensuring audit-ready supporting evidence
•  Drafting of annual reports
•  Proactively suggest and help implement improvements to accounting workflows and system usage

 
 What We’re Looking For

•  5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including exposure to full-cycle accounting (end-to-end). Excellent knowledge of double entries, accrual concept, year-end closure procedures [will be tested]
•  Comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and delivering results with minimal supervision
•  Comfortable using electronic communication means daily – Google Meets, Telegram chats [the Company’s working environment if fully digital, no office attendance].
•  In-depth practical experience with accounting systems SmartAccounts/ Xero/ Other 
•  English: good working knowledge
•  Estonia or other EU language 
•  Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
•  Good Excel skills (functions, tables, basic analysis) and confidence learning new finance systems [will be tested]
•  Proactive mindset, clear communication, and a “get things done” attitude
