What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Product Development and the PMO to standardize governance and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end program budgets, including NRE, vendor, and development spend from concept to launch.
• Consolidate cross-functional financial and operational data into clear executive dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Finance to handle department-level forecasting, accruals, and annual business planning.
• Identify operational risks and resource gaps while providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Drive transparency and accountability across multiple product development partner teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management, operations, or PMO roles within consumer electronics or product organizations.
• Solid understanding of budget management, financial tracking, and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on executive-level summaries.
• Proficiency in program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hardware or platform product development teams.
• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with QBRs and advanced portfolio management governance models.
