What you will do

• Support the Showrunners in overseeing the preparation, production, and quality assurance of daily videos.
• Assist with communication between various teams involved in production, acting as a liaison to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate on video ideation and help maintain content that aligns with brand standards and audience engagement goals.
• Monitor production steps, identifying and reporting any issues to the Showrunner and proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Review video edits in collaboration with the Showrunner, offering feedback and suggestions for improving content quality.
• Lead the production team through daily video production.

Requirements

• An understanding of Minecraft commands, mods, and limitations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 1-2 years’ of experience in video production, preferably in an entertainment or digital (YouTube) media environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
• Ability to be agile and adapt to content flow changes.
• Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate within a reasonable time of being hired.
