Associate Producer (Video Production)

Location: Hybrid in Universal City, California, with office attendance at least three days per week

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Produce and edit launch spots, on-air promos, longform video, social media content, and other campaign assets.
• Write promotional scripts, copy, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate projects with creative directors, project managers, designers, finishing teams, audio mixers, and other departments.
• Collaborate with external editors and agencies to guide campaign development and execution.
• Create or oversee retagged and resized assets to maintain creative consistency across platforms.
• Develop launch campaign shoot ideas, support live-action productions, and supervise audio and voice-over sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience editing multi-platform video content for cable, broadcast, streaming, theatrical, network, media, or agency environments.
• Reel or portfolio demonstrating relevant editorial work.
• Knowledge of video production and post-production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of social media content creation, platform specifications, and best practices.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and graphic toolkits.
• Creative mindset, excellent editing skills, and strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in entertainment, industry trends, and the state of the art.
