Location: This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in one of our offices: New York, NY, USA (preferred) or Princeton, NJ, USA
Salary: $176,000-$238,000

What you will do
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key area focused on social experiences.
- Lead end-to-end product execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic bets.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, user research, and analytics to deliver high-impact features that improve engagement and retention.
- Synthesize user insights, behavioral science, and data to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
- Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, advocating for the user while balancing business goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of social systems, gamification, and/or behavioral design principles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- A user-centric mindset with a strong bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

- Experience in social or habit-building strategy, or within health and wellness products.
