What you will do

  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports in client and prospect meetings.
  • Develop a winning team through recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins.
  • Monitor sales activity, track results, and provide accurate forecasting to senior sales management.
  • Lead demand generation activities and initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns and manage client escalations.

Requirements

  • Proven 5+ years of Sales leadership in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Recognized performance directly leading a team of Account Executives.
  • Established presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in driving large deal activities and providing sales enablement coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling experience with a proven sales methodology.

Nice to have

  • Experienced selling using sales methodology (MEDDIC preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience of selling SaaS MarTech Solutions.
  • Trained in Command of the Message.
