What you will do

• Define and deliver the Platform roadmap, translating technical strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead cloud infrastructure initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, security, and cost management.
• Build and refine automation tools that improve system consistency, observability, and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with product engineering teams to enhance overall developer velocity and experience.
• Contribute directly to code reviews, architecture discussions, and platform documentation.
• Mentor engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a management role.
• Deep technical background in cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, distributed systems, or developer platforms.
• Proven success leading automation, reliability, and cost-efficiency initiatives at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional environments.
• Passion for enhancing developer experience and building highly productive engineering tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
