What you will do

• Develop and maintain a business continuity policy and recovery plan.
• Create and facilitate incident response simulations.
• Maintain and enhance the Supplier Risk Management Framework.
• Provide information and updates to Smart’s partners and clients regarding risk and audit activities.
• Produce management reports and risk updates for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Support the risk identification and assessment process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in operational resilience and risk management.
• Experience running multiple, high-priority projects.
• Knowledge and experience of industry frameworks such as IS0 27001 and ISO 22301 desirable.
• Excellent time management, planning, process design and execution skills.
