What you will do

• Partner with client executives to define AI vision, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead discovery workshops and workflow mapping sessions.
• Own product requirements for AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure implementation.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and credibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, consulting, digital strategy, analytics, or AI solution delivery.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to solve real business challenges.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery, pilot delivery, and cross-functional execution.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong consultative presence and stakeholder management ability.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance considerations, and enterprise data handling.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini / Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry.
• Familiarity with AI agents, copilots, RAG systems, and workflow automation.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n or Zapier.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise environments including Slack / Microsoft Teams, Gmail / Calendar, CRM systems, Marketing or ticketing platforms.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, leagues, media, or performance marketing environments.
